Chemical nature
Colorless to slightly yellow oily liquid. It has a pale lemon-like fragrance. The boiling point is 263°C. 1ml is soluble in 3mL of 70% ethanol, soluble in propylene glycol and oils, but insoluble in water. Natural products exist in cinnamon, ylang-ylang, palmarosa, musk sunflower seeds, etc.

Application
GB2760-96 stipulates that it is allowed to use edible spices. For the preparation of excellent components of apricot, banana, cherry, cucumber, peach, strawberry and other flavors.
