Property and Application

Environment-friendly high boiling solvent MDBE(Mixed Dibasic Esters),also named DBE,it is a mixture of three dibasic esters. Its main ingredient is Dimethyl Succinate,Dimethyl Glutarate,Dimethyl Adipate.MDBE is a non-toxic colorless transparent liquid with light aromatic odor,which is of environmental protection and of biodegradation. They are readily soluble in alcohols,ketones,ethers and most hydrocarbons,but are only slightly soluble in water and high paraffinichydrocarbon.

MDBE is extensively applied in the fields of coin steel coating,automobile coating,baking coating,tin plate printing coating,carpentry coating,vessel/can coating,printing ink industry,metal furniture coating, founfry resin and insulating coating industry.MDBE can be the substitute of isophorone,cyclohexanonel, ether type of solvent and so on.
