Chemical nature
White crystal or crystalline powder. Melting point 41-45°C. The solubility in water is 40g/L, slightly soluble in alcohol, benzene, ethylene glycol, carbon tetrachloride, dioxane, and almost insoluble in ether and acetone. It is liquefied when the crystal water is lost, and the aqueous solution is unstable. Odorless, slightly bitter taste.
Application
Anti-tumor drugs. It is effective for malignant lymphoma, and has certain curative effect on acute lymphocytic leukemia. Others are effective for chronic lymphocytic leukemia, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, testicular cancer, multiple myeloma, neuroblastoma, head and neck cancer, colon cancer, etc.
