main purpose
- Widely used as a fixative in the formulations of soaps, detergents, shampoos, bath oils, perfumes, and cosmetic essences;
- In spice formulations, it can typically reach a usage of around 10%, and harmonizes well with floral, aldehydic, and oriental fragrance types;
It is also used in the preparation of synthetic civet musk and various fragrance types (such as orchid, citrus cologne, jasmine, rose, etc.).
